Have you ever walked across a slackline? In case you were unaware, this is a fun gadget that gets strung up between two stationary objects and you “try” to walk across it without falling face-ass down. Let’s dig into the perfect lifestyle and HGH Balance.
It is about the width of an average-sized foot and it is very unstable. If you attempt this feat with the wind blowing, then you can add a couple of exponents to the challenge factor. But I digress.
The trick is to focus really hard, keep your abs as tight as possible and try to keep the line from shimmying underneath you. If it does, you will be ejected off to one side like an arrow being shot from a bow.
All of this builds up to the tale you are about to be told. It’s all about balance. Not just on a slackline but in multiple other avenues of your life. At the beginning and end of every day, it’s always about balance. Not going too far to one extreme. This is the real secret sauce for longevity and living a healthy, happy life. And here are some specific areas where this rule specifically applies.
Following a high-protein diet is not balance. And neither is following a high-fat or high-carb diet. Eating an equal share of protein, carbs, and fat with each meal IS balance. And that is the exact approach you should fix your eyeball on.
This may come as a shock, but if you deprive yourself of a macronutrient, like carbs, you can expect something bad to happen down the road. The same can be said with the excess of anyone macronutrient, coupled with the avoidance of another.
All of the macronutrients have very specific duties in your body and they should not be taken for granted. Just for the record, a good example of a balanced meal would be a baked salmon steak with quinoa and roasted Brussels sprouts.
Hormones and HGH Balance
If you were to come to our anti-aging clinic, you would quickly see that we are all about balance. Our main goal is to balance your HGH levels with Saizen, Humatrope, or another high-quality HGH dosage.
The last thing we want is for you to come here with low levels of HGH and leave with too high levels. You want to make sure you hit the sweet spot. And our team of doctors can make that goal a reality.
Then, once your HGH cycle is dialed in, you are right where you want to be. Your body can achieve balance and the rest of your hormones can experience the same benefit.
Being in a lopsided relationship is not balance. It’s madness! If you are overbearing, possessive or controlling, guess what? You’re likely a douchebag! Knock it off and give some slack, just like the slackline.
If your significant other is guilty of the said crime, then you should seek another partner or confront them immediately to resolve your issues.
The bottom line is, you should strive to have balance in your relationships. ALL of them! If you are in love with someone, that’s great. Give and take. If you have close friends, that’s great. Do not take advantage of them. If you are having sex with your lover, that’s great too. Make sure that you take good care of them in that department and don’t be selfish.
It’s funny how balance is often referred to as a parameter of fitness. But fitness itself needs to have balance. To be more specific, only doing weight training every day is not balanced. Just like only doing miles and miles of cardio every day is not balance.
If you follow either one of these protocols, you will actually create imbalances! And you don’t want that to happen.
Your best bet is to take a balanced approach that includes weight training, cardio, flexibility, AND balance training itself. Then your body will be symmetrical, well-rounded, and firing on all cylinders.
And before we leave the element of fitness, the location in which you partake should be taken into consideration too. Going to the gym might be fun, but it can become boring after a while. A change of pace and scenery can balance things out and keep things interesting so you never fall off the wagon.
For example, blend in some home workouts or go to a park and work out in the sun. Mother nature is very generous with nice, soft, lush grass, beautiful views, trails, and lakes and ponds to swim in. Take advantage of all of these locations to create balance.
Life Balance in General
Allowing negative energy into your life on a daily basis can really take its toll on your mind and body. It can cause chronic depression, mental fatigue, anxiety, sleeplessness AND weight gain or the inability to lose weight.
Not to mention, a lesser-known fact is, it can manifest as physical pain. If you recently noticed that you’ve had nagging lower back pain or a neck ache that doesn’t seem to go away, take a good hard look at your life as a whole.
There is a better than average chance that it is the result of a negative force in your life that you refuse to address or rid yourself of. In other words, your emotional status is out of balance, so your physical health then becomes out of balance.
You need to rectify this problem as soon as possible! And the best way to do it is by checking in with yourself at least once a month and getting rid of all that is causing grief or negative tension.
A Balancing Act
In order to flow well through life, you must be able to obtain balance. That is the sweet spot, that is the right spot and it can easily be achieved when you open your eyes and accept it. And now that you have a really good understanding of what areas to target, nothing is holding you back. Just keep reminding yourself that balance makes perfect.
