Thrive Instead of Just Survive

Are you awake? Are you alive? Are you inspired? Or are you just surviving? If it’s the latter, you know how it is. You piddle your way through life, just going through the motions. Yet, you hope for something big and momentous to come along from out of the blue.

Well, I’d like to inform you about a staggering statistic. Approximately 65 percent of the US population is overweight or obese and 85 percent does not adhere to physical fitness guidelines.

And yet people continually go around, stepping on scales, complaining about their inability to get those stubborn three digits to do a downward spiral. The whole time, mind you, they will have a bagel with cream cheese in one hand and a triple mocha latte in the other.

This is the perfect early morning sabotage for those looking to emulsify fat from their bodies. You see, the problem isn’t the food; it’s the refusal to take a shot at something new, and challenging yourself to make changes.

Suffice it to say, you’ve already got the ball rolling with your HGH injections. Don’t you think it’s only fitting to take It one step further and go for broke? The answer to that question is “yes sir!”

Good! Then it’s time to get to work and follow these tips to stay motivated and on track through thick and thin. And speaking of “thin,” if this is your goal, watch what happens after just a few short weeks.

You can achieve your perfect self by taking HGH before and after your transformation occurs. That is important to note because you want to keep the progress that you gain.

Get up earlier in the morning.

Take this time to read a motivating book, listen to a motivating speaker or write down your goals for the day. Actually, try to do all three if possible. This will fire you up for the tasks about to appear and give you a bit more drive to make them happen.

Go for a rejuvenating power walk.

You have an entire world sitting outside your office or home. Take advantage of it. Go for a brisk walk during your lunch break, in the middle of the afternoon or evening after dinner. Or, you can do this first thing in the morning when you get up earlier.

Connecting to mother nature will clear your mind, give you focus and burn a good amount of calories all rolled into one.

Have more sex.

Yep, you heard me correctly! If you are flabby and out of shape, you are going to feel ashamed of yourself. And heck, the last thing you’ll want is for your mate to see you in that type of condition.

The solution is to have sex as often as you comfortably and physically can. This might make you a bit tired, but that’s OK. You’ll sleep like Rip Van Winkle. And that’s a very minor side effect to have.

More important, this will keep you honest and make you want to stay on your game to shed weight and keep it shed!

Draw up a plan of attack.

In order to get from PA to CA, you don’t just click your heels together three times like Dorothy and appear there magically. You have to go through a series of events first. Whether that is flying, driving, hitchhiking, walking, running, crawling, scratching, or whatever. It is all about making calculated steps to get there.

Achieving peak performance in life is very much the same. It is about making small, measurable changes on a day-to-day, consistent basis with no acceptance or acknowledgment of failure whatsoever. Does that sound difficult? It shouldn’t. It really isn’t very complicated.

Take fitness for example. You’re tired, you’re overweight, you’re burned out, and you’re stressed. You want to lose weight, you want to get in shape, you want to have higher energy levels, and you want to look at yourself in the mirror and say, “Oh yeah! I’d hit that!”

Well, instead of focusing on the very top of the mountain that you’re climbing, focus on the first switchback. Then the next, then the next and then the next. Simply put, all you need to do is make SOME progress every day.

It doesn’t matter how small the progress is. Just make some every day. You then build momentum off of this, and before you know it, your pants are falling off, your energy is soaring, and the stress that was once holding you back, is a thing of the past.

Set your intention on that which you want to be and not that which you don’t. Dream your reality, think your reality, and you will become your reality. Act like you are already in possession of it and off you go.

Write this “vision” down on paper and never let it out of your sight. The more you concentrate on it, the faster you will achieve it. Think in terms of being the change that you want to see in the world.

Be grateful.

Any spiritual guru will always tell you to count your blessings every day. The reason why is because that is very sage advice. Take it! Spend a minute or two right before you fall asleep, thinking back to all the things that happened during your day that you are thankful for.

You will be shocked at what a profound effect this will have on your entire wellbeing. It makes you a better person and you become more genuine and gracious to others. In doing so, you will attract more good energy, or “chi,” and your daily grind won’t be as tough.

Bringing it all home.

Getting your HGH dosage is only going to take you so far if you cannot bring order to your body in a wholistic fashion. With the right honing and practice, and at least a baseline of patience, anything you want can be achievable. Just believe in yourself and watch the magic happen.
